Protea Grandiceps

Protea Grandiceps is a very decorative variety, in an impressive deep red color. It is one of the more exclusive varieties of Protea in our range. The plants of the Grandiceps or Red Sugarbush mature at a slow pace; that makes the Grandiceps especially rare. The outer leaves, colored a bright red, with subtle dark hairs on the ends, lend the flower its characteristic, oval shape. The Grandiceps is a rare work of art: great as a single flower or in an arrangement.
